I specialize in health and fitness articles, and am certified as a Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist by the American Fitness Professionals Association. In my spare time, I also provide tutoring services in writing and composition and enjoy spending time with my two daughters. I hold a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and Literature, as well as a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Leuven, Belgium.
