  1. Alternative treatments are gaining more popularity everyday. For some it’s a matter of finding a safer way to treat health problems then standard medical care. For others it’s a means to avoid the doctors office. With the rising cost of living, many are searching for natural home remedies which are usually much less expense than mainstream health care. When it comes to kidney stones, there are many choices for excellent treatment that you can do at home. If you are in doubt consult a doctor. In fact there have been many accounts of sufferers who have had kidney stones, started home treatments, went back to the the doctor, only to find the stones were gone. Listed here are 5 natural treatments. All have been well documented.

    1. VITAMINS

Kidney stones can be caused by a lack of magnesium, so it’s important to add some magnesium to your diet. But if you are getting it through supplements remember don’t take it combined with calcium, which can contribute to the forming of stones. Also add vitamin B6 (100-150 ) per day.

    2. DRINKS

Drink 6-8 cups of water a day, along with green tea. Before retiring, drink a small glass of red wine, which has been proven to prohibit the formation of further stones.

    3. HERBS

The best herb for breaking up stones is "chanca piedra".  This herb is know all over the world for breaking up kidney and gall bladder stones. The herb will also help detox and protect the liver, as well as  relieve pain.

    4. EXERCISE

Even a few minutes a day walking, can go a long way to improve your health, including moving those stones out.

    5. KIDNEY STONE TREATMENT

This might seem crazy, but it works, so here it is:

You will need 6 – 8 oz. cans of asparagus, 6 cans of Coke, and a blender.

    1. Blend the asparagus and set the timer for 20 minutes, and drink the asparagus.

    2. When the timer goes off drink the Coke, and set timer for 20 minutes.

    3. When the timer goes off drink the second asparagus, set the timer again for 20 minutes.

    4. Repeat the steps until all cans are finished.

Only you can decide which treatment, or treatments are best for you. If you are unsure, do your research, and try what you feel comfortable with. If you do not see improvement, see your doctor. My best to you.
