    1.Take a cup of water first in the morning

    2. Have 30minutes walk atleast three times in a week

    3.Make sure you brush your teeth twice daily I.e morning and night

    4.Take a lot of fruits after meal

    5.Make sure you sleep at least 8hrs in a day.
