  1. Confidence is a feeling that you think you are capable of doing something. It maybe make you optimistic and pleasing. It maybe a plus for you to enjoy doing thing and enjoy life. But confidence is not the feeling that you think you are better than others. That is crazy not confidence.

    Self-confidence, the combination of self-efficacy and self-esteem, is an essential part of humanity. Self-efficacy is the internal sense, or belief that we can accomplish a variety of tasks or goals throughout life. Self-esteem, is similar, but more related to believing we are generally competent in what we do, and that we deserve to be happy in life.

    In my words The confidence can gives you wings. You can fly with, You can be there where ever you want. it is a positive attitude that is helpful in your bad time, and makes you happy all the time. you can live stress prof live.

    Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious circle: people who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful.

    There are some ways to be confident 


    1. Identify your strength and weakness:  make a chart with some column on a paper and give a title by strength and weakness. now you can write down the strength and weakness what you know n your loved once know about. now work on both side make your strength more stronger and also work on your weakness and try it to overcome. while you know about yourself it will make you more confident.

    2. Identify your negative thoughts. these thoughts are like “it is impossible”, ” i can’t do this “. please never say no. Be a “Can Do ” Person. at least try it you never know when you get secede.

    3. Think Positive.  I have learned a lot about thoughts. the thoughts are the most powerful thing in this world. this is the power that given by god to all human, that is thoughts. as you think the whole thing is going to be like that, like if you think that you are a poor man or woman and you started thinking that you are going to be rich and always you think like that and working on your ideas then one day you will become rich.
    Ok i’ll take one more and simple example when a women get pregnant and as she sees the things or think all the days of pregnancy, the whole effect of her thoughts or observation will transfer to her child. so that’s why the thoughts are so powerful so please try to think positively, this will gives you the energy and strength and you can do work more.

    4. chose your company carefully. it is not about the company to work with, it is about the company to live with. if you have friends and relatives who are appreciating you and encourage you to do something then you are a lucky person.if you live with the people like this then it is very important in your attitude and building confidence. because a person need some appreciation to be confident.

    5. Become free mind person. you should become a free mind person, a free mind person is that who is able to remove all the temporary thoughts or worries. live without worries, because worries are not a solution of any problem. you have to do something for solving your problems and if you more worried then doing the solution then you cant overcome your problems.
    Take the time to sit down and think about all of the things that are bringing you down, from mean friends, a career you don’t much care for, or a living situation that is almost unbearable.

    6. Identify your talents. Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel, and then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. Express yourself, whether it’s through art, music, writing, or dance. Find something you enjoy and cultivate a talent to go with your interest.


    7.Accept compliments gracefully. Many people with low self-esteem have difficulty taking compliments; they assume that the person complimenting them is either mistaken or lying. If you find yourself responding to a compliment by rolling your eyes, saying, “Yeah, right,” or shrugging it off, you should reframe your response to compliments.

    8. Be stress prof. try to smile, look in to the mirror and try to smile. it can help you to reduce  stress. play game , watch a TV, play sports. do what ever you want to do.

    9. Stop comparing yourself to others. if you want to be confident then stop comparing yourself with others, you may not have something that your friends has or your brothers has. just find what you have and try to grow with your way.

    10. Never repeat your mistakes. its a human tendency to do mistakes. but in that case where you loosing confident then remember one thing that not to do same mistakes again and again. 

    this is how you can build your confidence……….
