  1. Grip: whole the bar so that its comfortable for you, close to your wrist. After that then squeeze the bar. 

    Wrists: Bench with straight wrist so you wont put pain on them.

    Elbows:You have to tuck your elbows 75 degrees so it can peform a clean rep. 

    Forearms: vertical to the floor, straight line from the bar then have your wrist and elbows parallel. 

    feet: flat on the ground so you can get leverage and stabiltity. 

    Bar: The bar has to be diagonal line from mid chest to shoulders width stance over chest and shoulders.

    Racking: when you put the weight on the rack, line it up correctly so the weight won’t fall on your chest.
