  1.     Omega 3 is found in fish oil and some vegetable. Consuming enough of it everyday is important hence health advocates say lacking of it can cause diseases like cancer, and heart problems to name a few. According to studies the ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 in our body must be 2:1 but this is not what happens due to our heavy consumption of fried foods and too much vegetable oil. This is why experts suggest Omega 3 supplementation. The most abundant source of it is fish oil. Fishes such as Tuna, Sardines, Salmon, mackerel, herring, and  lake trout are dependable to have this  Omega 3 oil and many food supplements manufacturing companies are investing on this sources. Being one having an angina, I took Omega 3 supplement 1 softgels a day and the frequency of my chest pain decreases. One precaution though, consult your doctor before taking any supplements.
