This recipe is great as a meal or even as a snack. Baking time is minimal, simply follow instructions on the package.
Mix the chopped, minced and/or shredded vegetables together in a bowl. Set aside. Preheat the oven according to directions on crescent roll package. Roll the crescent rolls out on a baking sheet. Pinch the seams together to ensure you crust will look like a pizza crust. Cook the crust according to the instructions on the crescent roll package. Allow the crust to cool completely. Mix together mayonnaise, the packet of ranch dressing, and the softened cream cheese. Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crescent rolls making sure to spread over the edges of the crust. Next, layer the vegetables over the mayonnaise mixture. Top with cheese.
Note: Different combinations of vegetables can be used. Feel free to add, substitute or eliminate any vegetable listed here. Also, sharp cheddar can be used in place of mild cheddar.
