    Ingredients
     
    1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
    1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar
    2 Whole Brown Eggs
    1 ½ tablespoon of Baking Powder
    2 ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    1 teaspoon of Salt (Optional)
    2 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
     
    Directions
    • In one big mixing bowl, add unsalted butter.
    • Mix in brown sugar and whisk it for few minutes.
    • Add uncooked whole brown eggs in to the mixture and whisk it until it gets properly mixed in.
    • Add the baking powder, vanilla extract and salt. Mix all these ingredients in to the sugar and eggs mixture.
    • Add all purpose flour and whisk it until it gets dough like texture.
    • Your cookie dough is ready. Now, keep it in refrigerator for three to four hours to chill. You can keep it overnight for better result.

    1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    2 tablespoon of Baking Powder
    2 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
    1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
    1/2 cup of White Chocolate Chips
     
    Directions
    • Preheat the oven at 355 degree F.
    • In one large mixing bowl, add butter kept at room temperature and add sugar. Mix well.
    • Add white eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Beat all these ingredients together.
    • Add in all purpose flour and beat it until it mixes well.
    • Add in dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in to this mixture. Give it a good stir, so that all the chocolate chips gets mix in well.
    • Let it chill this mixture for about three to four hours in refrigerator.
    • Get a baking tray and apply the butter or cooking spray on it, so that your cookies don’t get stick to the bottom of the baking tray.
    • Roll it on a flat platform with the help of rolling pin.
    • Keep the consistency thick or thin as per your like.
    • Cut this flattened cookie dough in to any mold or shape as you like.
    • Put it on a baking tray. Keep some distance between two cookies because they will get bigger in size as they starts to bake.
    • Lower the temperature about 350 degree F. and put the baking tray in.
    • When you see that your chocolate chip cookie has light golden color on top of it then take it out.
    • Let it cool at room temperature. Store it in a sealed container for future usage.
    • You can also serve it warm or cool.
    Simple Cookie Dough Recipe with Walnut and Almond
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
    1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar
    2 White Eggs
    2 tablespoon of Baking Powder
    2 teaspoon of Almond Extract
    1 teaspoon of Salt (Optional)
    1/2 cup of Chopped Roasted Walnut
    1/2 cup pf Chopped Roasted Almond
     
    Directions
    • Preheat the oven at 355 degree F.
    • In a deep bowl, add the unsalted butter and brown sugar together. Blend it well, so there is no chunk behind.
    •  Add two whole eggs. Whisk it with other ingredients.
    • Add baking powder and almond extract. You can add pinch of salt if you like to. It is optional.
    • Put a pan on a stove over medium heat. Add walnut and roast it for about ten minutes. Put it aside in a bowl and let it cool.
    • Add almond on a pan and roast for about ten minutes and do the same as walnut.
    • Add these roasted walnut and almond in to the cookie dough mixture and give it a quick stir. Blend all these ingredients together.
    • Let this roasted walnut and almond cookie dough mixture to chill in refrigerator for about two to three hours.
    • When chilled, take it out. Roll it on a flat platform with the help rolling pin.
    • Cut it in desired shapes and put it on a greased baking tray.
    • Lower the temperature of oven from 355 degree F. to 350 degree F.
    • Bake these cookies for about 10 to 20 minutes.  If you see that they are getting golden brown color then take it out.
    • Serve it warm or cool. You can store it in a sealed container for about one to two weeks.
    Basic Cookie Dough Recipe with Ice-cream
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
    1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar
    2 Whole Brown Eggs
    1 ½ tablespoon of Baking Powder
    2 ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    1 teaspoon of Salt (Optional)
    2 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
    4 cups of Ice-cream (Any Flavor)
    2 ½ cup of Chopped Roasted Pecan
     
    Directions
    • Prepare the cookie dough as mentioned above in the very first recipe of how to make cookie dough.
    • Follow those steps to make this simple cookie dough.
    • Keep it in a refrigerator for thick consistency of cookie dough.
    • Take it out and cut it in to small chunks.
    • For the ice-cream, you can basically choose any flavor that you like to mix with cookie dough.
    • Generally, you can take vanilla ice-cream and put it aside at room temperature, so that it gets softer.
    • When it gets softer, add the chunks of cookie dough and mix it well.
    •  On the other hand, put a pan on a stove over medium heat.
    • Cut the pecan in to small pieces and roast it for about ten minutes.
    • Let it cool and then you can add them in to the vanilla ice-cream with cookie dough chunks in it.
    • Mix all these ingredients together and put it in to a sealed container.
    • Keep it in a freezer until it sets well. Freeze it about three to four hours for better result.
    • Serve it cold by garnishing it with roasted pecan and chunks of cookie dough on top of it.
    • Adding roasted pecan is optional. You can also enjoy cookie dough chunks with plain vanilla ice-cream or you can choose any flavor that you like to explore.
