People nowadays suffer from depression, It is something that we need to take seriously. Simple “how are you” from us will change a life of a person who is suffering from it. We might not know that one of our closest friends or relatives has this problem. they might be in the emotional state or suicidal state. It is not right to just tell this person that it is all in the mind. it’s like we are just pushing them away. That may lead them to think that they are all alone. How I wish that everyone will be sensitive enough to determine a person who is suffering from this mental health issue and may be able to help them as well to cope up.
