more Hello, my name is Jaclyn and I am currently a customer service representative with one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. I've worked in customer service for 10 years. My true passion is helping others. I enjoy solving problems and giving advice.
I was an English major in college and have a strong love for writing and editing others material. For a short time I was working for a local newspaper as a reporter.
I am a musician, poet, and novelist in my spare time, for fun. I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to grammar and music in general.
I have always found World War II and the Holocaust particularly interesting. I have read numerous books, watched thousands of movies and documentaries regarding the topic and am confident I could answer any question pertaining to it.
I have a lot of random knowledge on various other topics as well.
