I enjoy cooking many different things as well as exploring the world around me via food. It is a great way to travel when you can't actually trek across the seas to an exotic locale.

I read a lot. My collection of books has grown to over 400 in my home and I raid the library weekly for more things to read. It is my passion and a great way for me to see things in a different perspective. When I read a great book, I enjoy telling people about it and how it relates to something that I have seen in reality.
