Frank Bell is one of Principals at IT Strategists a leading business and technology consulting firm in Southern California. He founded IT Strategists in 1999
to provide clients with expertise in how to utilize technology to improve
business. He has consulted with companies such as CitySearch, Yahoo,
Vivendi Universal, Disney, Toyota, Nissan, Deluxe Digital Studios, AEG,
Sony, and Ticketmaster. In addition to larger companies, he has also worked
with many small entrepreneurial startups and developed an expertise in how
to grow startups especially web based businesses. He has also worked with
government and educational organizations to design strategies and deliver
successful project implementations.

Frank's areas of expertise include web development, online advertising,
knowledge management, decision support systems, customer relationship
management, and data warehousing. In addition to providing strategy
consulting to clients, Frank takes a hands-on role in providing leadership
to technical projects. He also specializes in technical architecture,
project management methodology, and web application development. His
industry breadth is wide, having developed software and managed successful
projects for the government, multi-national corporations, educational
institutions, and internet/software startups.

Prior to founding IT Strategists, Frank Bell was the Client Services Manager
of another leading technology consulting firm, where he was responsible for
both consulting solutions management and research and development. During
his tenure he was invaluable in delivering a 400% growth of the firm. Frank
has also worked as an IT Manager and Project Manager within Fortune 500
companies as well as startups.

He began his career in the United States Air Force, where as a Captain he
was Director of Special Projects of the largest Air Force command and
control system at the time.

Frank graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.Eng. (Honors)
in Electrical Engineering. He received his MBA from the Anderson School at
UCLA.

I love to travel and help others to understand the best ways to travel. Besides my professional interests above I'm writing articles that act as travel guides to various destinations I've been to.
