Anyone know to very cheaply get rid of chiggers, they are driving me nutz!!!?
Powdered sulfer…. If in the house, sprinkle it on the carpets, floors, etc. Leave it for a couple of days, and vaccuum…. Sprinkle it around your doors on the outside, and MOW!!!! They LOVE tall grass…. Put some sulfer in an old sock and use the sock to tap your shoes, legs, pants when you go out. And if you already have bites, put a dab of clear nail polish on them. The chiggers are in the skin and MUST BREATH AIR so you suffocate them. Their dead bodies will not hurt you… Hope this helps…. I’ve used these methods for years in the wilds!!!
