Deposits are refundable if you cancel your order within 10 days of deposit receipt. Deposits are not refundable for orders held over 30 days with a contract.

No, but if you are unhappy with your puppy on the day you come to pick it up then you can apply it to any puppy that is currently available or move your deposit forward towards another litter or puppy.
