Are investigators expected to login, complete and submit reports of adverse events?
No. The investigator is responsible for delegating the authority. The password selected is to be used only for this application and not one used by the investigator for any other purpose. By providing the User Id and password for this application to an individual, the authority to submit reports on behalf of the investigator has been delegated. The password may be changed any time.
