When we read the new headlines (actually they’re more like blurb afterthoughts) we thought they sounded awfully familiar. Nick Lachey and Krisitn Cavallari spotted out flirting. Reminds us of the rumors of a possible romance from 2006. TMZ said: THE RUMOR: Nick Lachey is dating Kristin Cavallari HOW IT STARTED: Lachey was spotted last month holding the ‘Laguna Beach’ beauty’s hand and flirting with her at the birthday party of his pal, A.J. DiScala, held at the hip W Hotel in New York. HOW IT SPREAD: Lachey, 32, and Cavallari, 19, were spotted at the same W Hotel again a few weeks later — this time, Kristin was at a “private party” in Nick’s suite. And they’ve been seen on the left coast as well. The pair resurfaced on Hollywood’s rumor radar when they dined late last month at Palomino and early this month at the ever-trendy Koi.
