Are plus size clothes cut differently than missy sizes?
Yes. Most of the plus size and supersize clothing we choose is made specifically for plus size customers-they are not retrofitted missy pieces. Such details as sleeve length and inseam, rise and other key fit issues cannot simply be “graded up” from missy sizes for larger women. You may have experienced the poor fit this approach leads to. Manufacturing specifically for plus size women makes all the difference. Our customers find it provides a much better fit and feel.
