Are special services, such as Call Waiting, 3-way calling, voicemail, etc. supported ?
This issue can seem quite confusing because having both VoIP and PSTN connections makes many more possible combinations. Call waiting is often available from your PSTN telco, and is often available from your VoIP provider – however these two entities do not know about each other. To accomodate the possibility of receiving a call from PSTN while on a VoIP call (or vice versa), your Vigor 2100V or 2500V has it’s own Call Waiting signal. Similarly 3-way calling is possible with all-PSTN parties, or all-VoIP parties (subject to your VoIP Provider offering this service) … but a 3-way call with one PSTN party and one VoIP party is NOT possible with the Vigor VoIP routers.
