Giganews does not charge late fees or reactivation fees of any kind. Your card will be billed for the exact amount outlined by your rate plan. However, if it is determined that you have posted Spam through the Giganews servers, you will be charged a $50 cleanup fee per newsgroup Spam message that you posted, and your account will be terminated.
