BroadVoice has no hidden costs. • When you sign up for service, you will pay a one-time activation of $39.95 plus the first month’s service charge • $14.95 fee for shipping and handling your equipment (if any) • There is a Regulatory Recovery Fee of $2.50 per voice line in your account. • There is Emergency 911 Recovery Fee of $1.00 per voice line in your account. • There is Universal Service Fund Fee of $1.97 per voice line in your account. • International calls are billed on a per minute basis. • Unlimited World and Unlimited World Plus plans have an International Regulatory Recovery Fee of $5.00 per primary line in your account. If you cancel from the BroadVoice: • The $39.95 Disconnect Fee is waived through our Money Back Guarantee If you cancel within the first 30 days of service activation for any reason.
