Are there any penalties for canceling or changing a reservation?
Please refer to the hotel’s cancellation policy, as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to your reservation. However, in general, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival or be charged the first night’s room rate. In addition, to maintain our competitive rates, the room deposit is nonrefundable on any “Great Rate” bookings, and there is a $25 cancellation fee imposed for “Best Rate” bookings. Exceptions: The room deposit or $25 cancellation fee will be waived if another reservation is immediatley booked with an equal or greater number of room nights. Hotel terms and conditions still apply.
