Are there any restrictions related to the Travel Rewards?
For variably priced Travel Rewards there are no blackout dates, however, the following guidelines apply: (i) Taxes, fees and surcharges are included in the number of ThankYou Points required and are subject to change without notice (ii) Flights may be non-stop, direct, or involve a change of planes (iii) Flights do not have to be exact roundtrips. Flights into and out of different airports are permitted (iv) Airline, hotel, car rental, vacation, cruise, and activity/excursion company participation may vary from market to market (v) Travel must be completed by the expiration date indicated on the travel document (vi) ThankYou Service Center does not hold Travel Reward reservations. (vii) A fee will be charged for the redemption of variably priced Travel Rewards when the reward is redeemed by calling the ThankYou Service Center.
