are web tools effective in teacher professional development?
I believe they are very effective for people who like to learn independently and individually, and for people who like using the computer and Internet to learn. Most likely they are very effective for anyone who uses Yahoo Answers. They may not be effective for those who prefer to learn with other people in social groups doing “hands on” kinds of activities.
