A. The Visa Extras Business Rewards program converted to SunTrust Rewards on November 17, 2008, and any unused points as of that date were automatically converted to SunPoints. For Check Card clients, 4 Visa Extras points equated to 1 SunPoint. For Credit Card clients, 4 Visa Extras point equated to 1 SunPoint. Please note that under the SunTrust Rewards program, the same spending will earn clients the same or comparable rewards at fewer points. (For Example, a coach airline ticket currently costs 100,000 Visa Extras points. Under the SunTrust Rewards program, this same item can be redeemed for 25,000 SunPoints!
