Briefly, what do you think that the steps are in order to eliminate cyberlaundering?
With technological crimes, it requires a fight fire with fire approach. Cyberlaundering cannot be combated with legislation and bills, rather, it has to be fought on the field by battling the launderers with outsmarting their techniques, not by enacting bills or building new divisional relationships (i.e. the recent marriage between the FBI and FinCen). No matter how many datawarehouses are built, no matter how many new laws are made for prevention, it wont stop a multi trillion dollar industry. We have to think about it in terms of how much financial instruments we are dealing with and how that promotes new creativity and the ability to hire the best in the industry, it is literally the worlds third largest commodity.
