Can anyone share with me their most memorable holiday in South Australia?

My most memorable holiday in South Australia has been in the Flinders Ranges & the Outback. The Flinders are stunning. A trip along the Oodnadatta Track is awesome. But I am just an Outback fan. The Adelaide Hills, the Barossa, and the coast south to the Victorian border are also great. Goolwa, the Coorong, if you like to be on the beaches. Adelaide itself has wonderful beaches. There is so much to do in two weeks. Have fun.
