Roche NimbleGen offers a NimbleGen Array Reuse Kit that enables the stripping of NimbleGen CGH, ChIP-chip, and DNA Methylation arrays so that they can be re-hybridized with newly-labeled test and reference genomic DNA. The success of array re-use is highly variable, depending on sample composition and hybridization conditions. Therefore, Roche NimbleGen does not guarantee the performance of the NimbleGen Array Reuse Kit. Array reuse is NOT recommended for Sequence Capture and Gene Expression arrays.
