Not really, at least by table top standards. Aura Perception can detect changes in a target’s aura, which may be traced to duplicity. However, these same changes could be linked to fear, nervousness or a false sense of guilt. Other than marking someone as a supernatural, auras only reflect states of emotion. Watching a target’s aura does not tell you why he feels one way or the other. (Vampire: Dark Ages, revises Auspex to allow it to also detect changes in Humanity, namely the effects different Roads/Paths of Enlightenment cause.
