CAN HYPNOSIS HELP A PERSON SLEEP?
While hypnosis is not the same as natural sleep, it can definitely be a great aid in helping a person sleep. What disturbs sleep most is an over-active mind when one is trying to sleep, and an over active mind comes from an over-active body, that is to say a restlessness that comes from stress of some kind or other. The body affects the mind and mind affects the body. It is a vicious circle. Hypnosis breaks the circle. Hypnosis provides a pathway to relaxing both mind and body, and when both work in harmony, healthful normal sleep is always the result.
