Can I initiate a transfer from a currency outside OANDAs client account currencies?
No, transfers may only be initiated from currencies in which we offer client accounts (U.S. dollars, Euros, British pounds, Swiss francs, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Singapore dollars, Hong Kong dollars and Japanese yen). However, you can send funds to many different bank account currencies.
