Characters from Dryland will potentially become available, but only as a part of an established storyline. Random wanderers will not be accepted, because it would be impossible for someone to ‘accidentally’ find an island in the middle of the ocean. Therefore, if you are looking to play a non-native, your best bet is to play an Isle elf and wait for Drylanders to become available.
