Can I process orders for auctions that were not “Enabled” with Borderfree Auction?
Yes, you can process auctions are closed. However, to process the order, you must first “enable” it, even though the auction is closed. To learn how to enable an item, please refer to the Seller Guide. Within 24 hours, your item will be ready to be processed and will appear under the “Pending Orders” tab.
