Can I run fitness boot camps in the winter? Are camps suited for indoor locations?

0

We don’t recommend running the camps outside if the temperature dips into the low thirties (Fahrenheit). Even in Atlanta (where we still run our original camps), we need to go indoors for a few months in the winter. There are several options to consider when trying to find a good indoor space, and we outline these opportunities in our Start-up Manual. Though you’ll need to make some modifications to accommodate an indoor setting, the boot camp style workout can still be effective indoors.
