Once your second opinion consultation is posted to our Web site, you will be contacted by one of the Cleveland Clinic triage nurses. This contact will take place approximately 24-48 hours from the time the consult is completed. The purpose of the nurse’s contact is twofold. First, to make sure you have received the physician’s report. Secondly, to make sure you have a clear understanding of the physician’s report. The nurse will make sure your questions are clarified.. Because e-mail is not a secure method of communicating private medical information, please do not e-mail your Cleveland Clinic physician.
