Even though DDtrac was original designed to support the education programs of children with autism it has also been designed with other students with special needs in mind. The DDtrac database of goals and objectives includes goals and objectives for students with all other types of disabilities and impairments, from mild cognitive impairments to physical disabilities. In addition, DDtrac allows teachers to select the type of data to collect for any goal entered into the system. There are 10 different types of data that can be collected, which allows data to be tracked for any type of special education student.
