Yes. Each adult team is permitted to have non-residents on their roster. Non-residents working in Troy are considered Troy employees and do not count as a non-resident (after providing proper verification). Non-residents that do not work in Troy can participate in adult athletic leagues and are required to pay an additional fee (no limit per team).
