if they’re both the same species of gourami then yes they can breed together and should be bred similar to the conditions needed to breed betta splendens – a 10-15 gallon (larger dependnig on species) breeding tank, female removed after eggs are in the nest, male removed after the fry are free swimming and fry fed after they’ve digested their yolk sac on yummy live food like baby brine shrimp.
