I can do that. Any digital lab by Fuji or Noritsu can be profiled. Just have the three pages of the 8×10 target printed. Don’t resize the targets or convert them to a color space. They must go to the printer as untagged RGB files. Tell the lab tech to print them without any corrections or adjustments.
