Yes. The manufacturer’s package insert says 15 months through 4 years of age. However, years ago ACIP made an off-label recommendation that the minimum age for the Hib booster dose is 12 months of age (see ACIP recommendations [226KB – 22 pages]) and Childhood Immunization Schedule [192KB – 1 page].
