All male children have small penises – they only start to increase in size at puberty. I’m sure you intended to know whether Asian people have smaller penises compared to other men. Which is somewhat true – research has found that penis size varies with ethnicity so Asians have slightly smaller penises than Caucasians, likewise Africans are slightly larger than Caucasians. There will be Asians (or any other ethnicity) who are larger or smaller than average. It’s just generally portrayed that Africans have larger penises and Asians have small ones. Research on penis size tends to be a hazy subject though so none of it should be taken as definite proof.
