Do different plants give out different amounts of oxygen?
The amount of oxygen given off by plants depends on the amount of photosynthesizing going on. Shade intolerant plants, plants that like full sun, will tend to photosynthesize the most in high sun. Obviously, plants with more leaves will tend to photosynthesize more, all other things equal. Also, plants that are firmly within their proper niche will do better than those that’re struggling.
