Do I have to be fit to start Muay Thai or Kickboxing for fitness?
No you don’t. Both our Muay Thai Kickboxing and Kickboxing for fitness classes cater to all fitness levels. We are more than happy for you to go at your own pace. We cater to all fitness levels and because you’re not in a line up of people like a Karate or Aerobics class no one will notice if you need to take a breather. If you’re not fit we won’t push you hard. The last thing we want is for you to be sore and sorry and quit after one lesson. And no, you won’t feel out of place, as most other people starting out aren’t fit or co-ordinated when they start either! It will only take a couple of weeks until you start feeling fitter, and in a few months you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
