Do the ribs, pork or wings come with sauce on them?
A. Our ribs and pulled pork are hickory-smoked in our pits until they are fully cooked and include a slight amount of our famous Memphis Original Barbecue Sauce to insure flavor and moistness. This small amount of barbecue sauce will help in reheating and will not keep you from preparing the ribs “dry” if that is how you like them. Our hickory smoked wings arrive without any sauce so you can put your favorite on them.
