Do the stock certificates need to be typed, or can they be handwritten in ink?

You can type the stock certificates, but as long as you write legibly and clearly with dark ink, that would be fine too. The CD ROM included in our Premier Package includes a MS Word template to assist you in completing the stock certificate. The stock certificates are for your own records; as long as you can understand what’s printed or written there, you can fill them in as you please.
