Do volunteers get any training in teaching?
Yes. Volunteers’ first week in-country is spent in an intensive orientation training program that includes orientation to the country and culture, language training and teacher training. Teacher training will focus on ESL teaching methods and techniques, lesson planning, teaching resources, and feedback from your peers and Orientation leaders.
