Do women at call centers have a good reputation in todays modern India?
First of all, it doesn’t matter what gender a person working in a call center has. And secondly, it depends on how well a worker performs. People aren’t biased beforehand when we talk about call centers. That’s why quality calls are a necessity nowadays. After all, the better a firm communicates with a customer the more often a customer will deal with the firm.
Women working in call centers have different reasons and situations under which they work. I dont think all have a bad reputation. But yes, sometimes they are looked down upon and in light of the recent incidents taken place with call center female employees, their reputation cld be a question of concern.
