Does anybody Know what the average profit margin rate and failure rate for discount brokers is?
Honestly I do not know their profit rate but I can tell you that discount brokers sell only 3 percent of residential real estate in the U.S. 12 is through FSBO’s and 85 percent through mainline realtors like Keller Williams and Remax, etc. This information is based from the National Assoc. of Realtors ending 12/31/2007.
