Does anyone know the remote multi-region code for toshiba 19DV713B TV/DVD combo?
Toshiba, Panasonic, Sony and Pioneer are brands that don’t have a handset (remote control) hack, as they have to be internally modified to overcome the region lock. There are plenty of places that will do the modification for you, (for a fee). In the UK, figure on £50, perhaps including collection and delivery. There are adverts for these companies in the back pages of UK magazines like DVD Reviewer and Empire.
