Does Babys Premiere require a scheduled appointment?
Yes. We require all of our elective 3D/4D ultrasound sessions to be scheduled in advance. You will need to have your provider fill out our Provider Acknowledgement Form verifying you are under prenatal care by a physician/midwife, or you may bring in a previous ultrasound picture which we will photocopy and place it in your file.. If you are unable to supply us with either one of these documents please call us and we can discuss other forms that can be used.
