ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces does not automatically withdraw eBay UPI (UnPaid Items) disputes once the customer submits payment. You have to manually withdraw the dispute from your eBay account. To do this, go to Sales > Orders/Transactions > eBay Unpaid Items and click the Dispute Details icon for the order that the dispute was filed for (in the Commands tab). That should open the Invoice Details page in a new browser window. Then, click the “Withdraw Dispute” link and save your changes when you are done.
